Ardenham Energy Ltd

A leading UK renewable energy installer, Ardenham Energy Ltd required working capital in order to fund its growth. Argo St George applied for an EIS pre-approval and proceeded to raise £550,000 from qualifying investors, whilst securing a term sheet for £2m – 4m from a venture capital investor to fund a national roll out.

Argo St George continues to advise Ardenham Energy on its business growth, with one of its Partners maintaining a non-executive directorship, and has also introduced in excess of £500,000 of installation business to the company.
