| Stage of development | Normally revenue generating, profitable or pathway to profitability |
| Investment Capital | Working or growth capital, not R&D or seed capital |
| Sector | No restrictions however recently renewable energy, retail, textiles, IT services, real estate and historically media, recycling, bio-tech among others. |
| Geography | UK centric, however not exclusively. |
