David Peill

David began investing and advising on real estate projects in the emerging markets in 2003 and has played a specific role in fund raising for the Georgian Reconstruction and Development Company alongside advisory and transactional work in Switzerland, the Balkans and the United Kingdom.

He was, until 2005, employed full time with the Commercial Financing division of Savills Private Finance. His role was to assist property companies, property entrepreneurs, funds and wealthy private individuals in raising debt and equity finance for property acquisitions and re-financings.

Prior to joining Savills Private Finance, David spent seven years working in the Commercial Valuation Team of Savills Plc, predominantly advising Banks on the value of real estate assets in the UK and Europe.

David has an Honours degree in Urban Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
