Prior to joining Argo Saint George, Fox worked for Citco, the world's largest independent financial services provider. He was employed as a corporate lawyer with responsibility for structuring and management of a portfolio of real estate investment structures.

His clients consisted of private equity firms and property funds with a global reach. Fox specifically acted for such clients as an offshore representative and Board member.

Fox graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Masters degree in Tax Law specialising in European tax principles. Fox also holds a Russian Diploma from Moscow State University focusing on language, translation studies and literature.
